Fees

As a small Practice serving a limited area, the Practice endeavours to keep fees competitive but realistic and commensurate with the standard of work produced for our clients. The Practice often has an advantage in being locally based.  Surveying fees are normally based on the age, value and size of the property, and its condition. Please contact the office if you require a fee quotation. The Practice's staff will be able to provide a quotation for all but the most complicated of surveys or valuations.  For these, Peter will speak to you himself. 

For professional work, fees may either be charged on an hourly rate or, in the case of rent reviews or lease renewals, fees may be charged either on a percentage of the rent or incentive basis, or more usually a combination of both. 

All fees are unfortunately subject to VAT at the standard prevailing rate.  Payments can be made either by cheque or by direct deposit into our bank account. The Practice is unable to accept card payment.
