The Practice undertakes a variety of valuations of single properties or small portfolios within the geographical area of south east Dorset. These reports are generally undertaken for individual clients or for company asset purposes, as the Practice is not appointed to any lenders' panels. Advice is given for owner occupiers seeking to acquire their freeholds, investors and prospective purchasers. The Practice utilises a number of modern techniques to assist in sourcing comparables and keeping abreast of valuation trends.

Development Land

The Practice is periodically required to give advice on both residential and commercial development opportunities and land values. This may necessitate consideration of planning constraints, social housing policies and infrastructure charges levied on new development. The Practice, in association with Ian Speirs Associates, is able to provide development costing and planning services.
